POINT OF DEPARTURE
Tetra Pak Inventing in Hjørring produces much of the material needed to produce carton packaging. The factory is an internal factory at Tetra Pak which produces exclusively for its own factories.
The need for new indoor climate conditions has arisen in Tetra Pak’s production department, in the warehouse and in the process air used on the production line. We need an indoor climate where humidity is under continuous control, however the need is not there in all hours of production.
THE CHALLENGE
As Tetra Pak Inventing only needs to control the humidity some of the time, the project involved coming up with a solution that made it possible to change the indoor climate as and when required. At the same time, the company wanted an energy-efficient solution with a sound operating economy.
